Hiiiii... My brother is 30 years old...two days later he fell down on floor.... On that time he stood up on its own... Yesterday he got fever and also platelets count decreased... Today he is unable to walk...cannot go washroom on his own... Two men hold  then he went away. .. Also no energy in hand... Today we r going for x ray... I'm very worried.. Plz suggest what should I do... Plz help me🙏🙏🙏🙏
