Not able to pass stool, irregular period

I've not been able to pass stool since a month. This almost happens every month. But by the time my period arrives, it comes out all together. I have constant stomach ache and weekness because of this. This month, I got my periods twice, but I havent been able to pass my stool. Please help. I feel very weak all the time.
