While bathing water went into my left ear 2 days and still I am not able listen clearly. I am feeling like one ear is fully opened and one ear is closed

You might have wax in the left ear..as water entered into the ear wax swelled up and blocked the ear canal.. visit an ENT specialist for wax removal.. don't try to remove by yourself.
