Hello Doctor, We have been trying to conceive naturally and for the last 3 month continuously my wife had all symptoms of pregnancy but then she got her period we have run all tests possible and have confirmed nothing wrong with both of us but we still can't seem to conceive and because of this we are not able to concentrate on little things and are getting depressed please help
