Not able to conceive. Trying past 2 cycl

I was pregnant in Sep 2018, however, had to terminate in November because there was no heartbeat in fetus. I am on regular folic acid and now trying to conceive past 2 cycles, however, unable to conceive. Please advise how can I convince immediately!

Since you have one miscarriage, and now Not conceiving, better to do investigations for your miscarriage and infertility, by a Gynac. You need treatment from Very early pregnancy, so that miscarriage doesn’t repeat.

You need to be evaluated and tested. Continue taking folic acid regularly and visit a gynaecologist

Continue folic acid as it helps in brain development of the baby. Consult Infertility Expert with your husband. Check tubes, ovaries and sperm. Then start treatment
