My wife had gone through pelvic organs scan and tsh test and her level is (7.43) ,what does it indicates? any serious issue please let me know

Thank you for your question. Your wife's TSH level is elevated meaning that she may be developing a problem with low thyroid hormone. It is not serious but it does need further testing and treating by a medical specialist. Thyroxine is essential for many organ functions and a deficiency may mean that she feels tired soon, cold and lethargic and has low libido too. All this will improve with medication.
