hello mam... glad u have put this concern here. please dont insert the neem stick etc which itself might be the cause for further infection. The chronic inflammation in the area might be the reason for swelling. It can be settled by few ways like, silicon sheets, steroid injection etc. But always get it examined by a plastic surgeon first to decide on the type of treatment. u can consult me in person or online as well.
