I pierced my nose thrice i always got this bump... I came again Previously it was very small and of my skin color but i applied soframycin cream at night and next day morning it got bigger with a white color covering on top.. attached a picture of it. then i did warm compress on it and at night it burst... some white fluid came and a very little amount of blood. not it looks like this red and smaller in size! please advise what to do!! can i treat it with the jewellery inside? don't want to go with all the trauma again. is it a keloid or something else?
