I did nose piercing after 2 3 days I had pus /blister I changed the ornament to silver but before 24 hours my nose was swollen and burning sensation started after that pus increased and more burning sensation like it's burnt. Now what to do?

You seem to be having generalized metallic allergy towards nose stud. You need to change over to different material. For now you need to remove the stud and apply antibiotic ointment to the infected area
