I've had severe pain in the nose and I think its sinusitis. Can ciplox eye/ear drops be used to clear the congestion?

Ciplox drops are just antibiotic drops and do not have any role in clearing congestion. If the pain is at tip of nose and since a short duration, then it could be vestibulitis which will need antibiotics and antiinflammatory tablets. If you have a nose block then it could be sinusitis. In that case you will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further if required and determine the treatment accordingly.
