Whenever i clear my nose by breathing out with pressure it immediately starts blooding, what can be the reason for that?

there are many causes for bleeding from nose such as nasal septum injury, ulceration of nasal septum etc. Cause needs to be identified by detailed nasal examination. Treatment depends on identifying cause.
