Nose blocked during pregnancy

I'm in my second pregnancy, since pregnant I'm facing nose blocked always and throat infection in the morning..,really getting worse nothing stops this heck nose block.Pls suggest is this rhinitis? I have read about it in google.How it can be treated and does it affects baby?? Pls pour suggestions will be appreciated.TIA.

You can take otrivin nasal spray, morning once,and night once in the Nose..pl do Salt water gargling. It will not affect the baby.Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken .
