Ny nose is blocked for last 30 days . Also someimes it is ok but most of the time it is blocked. Een after taking medicine, nosal spray and drops , and steam inhalation. Nise is still blocked.? Does a enlongated uvula can cause nose block? . As i have a very large and pointy uvula?

No. Elongated uvula does not give nasal blockage. U may need to do some reports related to nose and paranasal sinuses. Consult online for proper evaluation and management.
