I have problem that i always blockage in my right nose ..even sometime it block very much and i cant breathe from right nose ...what is the cause of it...is it serious problem... Right side nose block from many years... Is it serious... One day i have done brain mri ... It shows "Note is made of pansinusitis with rightward deviation of nasal septum." Whats its meaning is it serious problme..

Sinusitis and also allergy symptoms when present may contribute to an already devted nasal bridge.if it is a continuous block, a septal correction will help to bring about relief

Nasal septum is deviated to right, causing difficulties in breathing that side, hence the resultant Sinusitis. If it's causing you too much problem in breathing then Surgery is advised- Nasal Septal correction (Septoplasty) - Which is done Endoscopically,No scar tissues on face.
