I have cold from few months. I use to take otrivin since it was helping me clear my blocked nose but from past few days i am not able to breath or smell through nose i am inhaling through mouth and i am finding it very difficult can you please help me understand if this is a symptoms for any big disease.

Prolong use of otrivin is not indicated..it may cause rebound congestion..should be ruled out nasal mass also as symptoms is severe.. Visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
