Nose blockage
I am having allergy since two months and having blocked nose at nights since then. I have been using otrivin without which it's difficult to sleep. And I went to an ENT specialist today and the doctor suggested me to take Fluticasone furoate nasal spray and a steroid pill twice a day for two days. I used the spray but it doesn't seem to unblock my nose and I can't sleep now. Please help me out. Can I xylomist as of now?
You seem to be suffering allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since you are already using steroid nasal sprays I suggest you to continue the same as it takes few days to work. Meanwhile reduce the use of Xylomist and use it only when necessary
