Hi, I am facing nose blockage and chest congestion due to cough. I have no other issue. I have a Cough problem from along time. Stream doesn't give me relax after taking steam I am facing more nose blockage. I need a nebulizer medicine.

Duoline respule  n budecort respule two times for 3 to 5 days. Fluticortizone nasal spray for nose bock two puffs in both  nostrils two times. Montek lc one at night for five days.
