  4. Nose block. Please advise any treatment!

Hi Doctors At present my wife is in 17 th week of pregnancy. Both the nose are blocked since  last two days. We have done Water steaming last night and started drinking Luke warm water today. Blocks are clearing for sometime and again started block. Shall we go and consult doctor or can you please advise any treatment Thank you,
