Suddenly around 3 30 am my nose will gets block and I will started to sneezing every night Y ??

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. You may need to take these medications for few months to year if your symptoms are very persistent
