Hi , Got sudden bleed from nose. What will be the cause for this . I'm not allergic to anything . This is the first time got bleed from nose. There was no pain .

Nose bleeding has different causes, but in this weather  Nasal crusting followed by nose pricking  can cause Nasal bleed
