I have cold. So I took steam vapour twice a day. But suddenly today onwards nose bleed started. It is only happening from the right side of the nosal

Single nose bleeding from cold is normal and does not need any special treatment, but if you keep getting nose bleeds then we have to do full Investigations to find out the cause.
