Sperm Count 30 mi/ml, ACTIVELY MOTILE 20 % , SLUGGISHLY MOTILE 20 % , NON MOTILE 60 % , NORMAL FORMS 85% ABNORMAL FORMS 15 % Would this motility issue effects with baby growth? If so what to do now ??

It will not affect your baby's growth. Motility is not an issue if sperm count is normal.
