Is prostate dimensions 3.6 x 3.3 x 2.6cm (TRxCCxAP) normal for a 41 year old guy? Or is it enlarged. Symptoms include frequent urination, urge to urinate and on/off pelvic pain.

It is not enlarged prostate . Symptoms may be due to prostatitis. Need more details to comment
