Hello Doctor.My wife is 38 years . just finished 36 weeks for the first time pregnancy.
Height 5.1 feet weight 67 kg.
Bpd 89 mm 36 weeks
Hc 317 mm 35 weeks
AC 315 mm 35 weeks
FL 70 mm 36 weeks
Fhr 127 bpm.
Fetal wt. 2753 GM's. +/- 200 gms
Vertex presentation with single loose loop of cord around neck. Liquor slightly less. AFI- 11.3 cm.
Is NORMAL Delivery possible?? Please guide us.
Considering age and usg parameters no one can actually predict for normal delivery
Ur patient needs to be assessed regarding other risk factors and examined for pelvis assessment too
