Non surgical way to Fallopiantube block

Recently my wife has undergone the tests and came to know that Fallopiantube were blocked and doctors suggested for laparoscopy but we would like to know if there is any other way of treatment like ayurveda or homeopathy for treatment. We were planning for children for around 1year and the same was not happened..later after the tests we came to know about the blockage..can the same be treated without laparoscopy by using ayurveda or homeopathy like treatments..pls advice
