I've been having these small non pruritic, painless papules on the surface of body of penis (none on glans, more to the proximal end of penis) , and on wrist (few), for more than a year now. Not a STD, since I haven't had unprotected sex at all, nor sex for long now. Any advice on how to treat? I've tried the following with no change at all: Clotrimazole ointment, miconazole ointment. What should I use? An advice?. I'm a physician myself and this seems weird why it didn't resolve with anti fungals.
