The atypical lymphoid cells are immune positive for CD20, BCL-6 (80%), MUM-1, BLC2(100%), c-myc(50%) and negetive for CD3, cyclinD1,CD10,TdT,CD99,NKC2.2
MB-1,Labeling index is 80% in highest proliferating areas.
This immuno histo chemistry report of 80 year old gentleman given here shows Double expression with MYC and BCL2 . Histopathology biopsy report not shown. Mostly it will be a DLBCL. If possible please upload that also. Has a CECT thorax abdomen or PET scan been already done for this person. If so, that will help in staging. Ideally a bone marrow examination also needs to be done for completion of staging work up. Based on these findings and patients condition, medical oncologist can treat him with appropriate medications.
