Noises from various joints of body

I hear frequent noises from my shoulder,hip,knees,ankle.From shoulder I hear sounds of popping and grating when I rotate my shoulders or change my arm position.Knees,hip,ankle sound when I change my position.Knees also make sound when bending.I experience no pain.What could be reasons for it and suggest any remedy/tests for any deficiency.

Consult Now
This is nothing worth being concerned and it is a normal phenomenon. The sound is due to nitrogen Bubbles popping in between your joints. No need to do any medication of treatment, do not worry.
