I once had a habit of masturbating just stopped it before few months after knowing that it was harmful. but even i don't masturbate, it automatically ejaculates during sleep because of this i have health issues, i can't concentrate on my studies i always tired and my immunity almost got down and I'm like lost my life. please help me to get rid of this thing. I want to stop automatic ejaculation. I have this problem for upto 2 years.
