Since last 10 days my husband has not passed stool.is it serious. He is suffering from diabetes. Pls advise

He is suffering from constipation. He need something of a push to get his bowels get going . And the other thing, nobody "suffers"from diabetes as it does not cause harm unless you don't look after yourself.
