How can i Diagnos why I'm not able to produce sperm ? Sperm count is always ZERO. FSH, LH, PRL,TSH, T3, T4 and testosterone levels are good . No obstruction in the scrotum. Scrotum size is also fine. I don't have habits like smoking and drinking. Please let me know.
