I am diagonised with kidney stone which is present in ureter end trying to enter into the bladder...today when i try to masturbate i can get a hard on ...i can maintain it and when i reach climax i get the feel of cumming but the sperms isnt came out ...but i got the satisfaction feel like i cummed...pls help help

Are you on medications like tamsulosin which was for passage of stone. This causes this problem of ejaculatory dysfunction and once this medicine is stopped it will be back to previous condition. Not to worry. If you are not on these type of drug, then meet urologist
