Trauma to the ear can result in rupture of the tympanic membrane, laceration or trauma in the canal, dislocation of the small bones in the ear, injury to the inner ear and so on. You need to visit an ENT specialist to examine the extent of injury, site of injury and you will need a pure tone audiometry.
