My son is 2.5yr old is not getting proper toilet & son irritation again again he is putting his hand on dat place dat smthing is biting him i hope u understand wht i want to say

If not dewormed .. give him one dose. Constipation can also be the cause. Give laxative  for few days and make his tool soft and see how his reaction is. Then we can decide how to deal with it based on response
