Hi the first thing  u need ur frnd to tell is to visit any psychiatrist and tell his issues  and regarding sleeping pills psychiatrist will fijd the way to how to keep him out dose adjustment will be need for him and dat only a psychiatrist will do don't let him try hikself to do  tc.
