I do engage in other sexual activity with my panties on and a sanitary pad just to be safe but not penetration,recently I fasted for 3days without food just water.my period is in 3days but I have no PMS symptoms. What's the problem?

May be due to Fasting u are not having ur periods,u need to just wait patiently for few days.
