Last month i had the intercourse with my girlfriend without precaution. But not ejaculate inside. She didnt use any medicine. Last month her period ends on 23rd of feb. Still she's not having her periods. So please tell me whether she is pregnent or not.

For pregnancy you do pregnancy test.If positive consult to doctor for further treatment and medicine.In case of negative also further evaluation is must means cause behind this.
