  4. No periods since September. This pcos?

No periods since September

No periods since Sept. A bit spotting in october 24th. And the periods cramps on 5th nov and hit spotting. But no bleeding. Now also only periods cramp too much. Too Primlout n 5mg twice for 5 days on nov last. But no bleeding. Haemoglobin is 10 and Took beta hcg test on 3rd nov its negative. Is this pcos?
