Hi I have missed my periods since 4 days there is white discharge, cramps, back pain, constipation it is pregnancy symptoms or other because I feel burning during sex

Go for a urine pregnancy test.If negative then most probably you are suffering from Pelvic inflammatory disease.U will have to connect for prescription.
