No periods but cramps

Having cramps from last 3 days but no periods. Only can feel the intense cramps when sitting or lying on bed. I usually have my periods by 24th to 28th day on my cycle. Last i had my periods on 15th of November . I am not sexually active so no chance for pregnancy. Please help me.
