No periods after miscarriage

I was pregnant and was given progesterone tablets as light spotting was observed. Took tablets one each a day for 2 months but miscarried. Progestin crina ncr tablets was given to induce periods for 5 days. After 5 days light spotting was seen. After that no periods seen.
