I had started getting irregular periods since January 2020. So I consulted a doctor. I had an ovarian cyst. I was prescribed overal L for 2 months. My periods became regular in these 2 months. In the third month I took ovacare LZ for 5 days from D2 of my cycle and got a sonography done on D9. There was no cyst and the follicle was also looking good. I was asked to take HCG 10000 shot on D11. I am now past 18 days after my HCG shot and I still didn't get my periods. My home pregnancy test came nagative even after 18 days of taking the shot. What does this mean? Why didn't I get my periods if I am not pregnant?
