I haven't seen my periods but have experienced blood droplets when going for short call that lasted for four days I took a pregnancy test but the result was negative I am confused what might be the reason

There can be lot of reason for spotting.. you need to do a beta HCG blood test to confirm that you are not pregnant and after that consult a gynecologist for clinical examination and ultrasound
