No period but negative pregnancy

Last date of intercourse - 12th April I got my period on time on 16th April. It lasted 6.5 days which is a little longer than my usual 5 day long period. However, I still havent gotten my period which was due on 12th May (7 days late). Took two urine pregnancy tests and both were negative. Also did beta HCG test which was < 2. What can be the cause of the late/missed period?
