No ovulation with Siphene 100

I'm having PCOS and going under fertility treatment. My Dr gave me Siphene 100 but upto 12th there was no follicle growth. Ovulation study abondonedand it came in report I have follicular cyst in the right ovary. But it was regressing. My question is does Siphene fail if patient have PCOS?

Try for another cycle dose can be incresed if still failed other firm of medicines may help you to ovulate
