No mensus for more than a year

Iam a chubby,breast feeding mom, have delivered my baby and also had tubectomy done in may 2017 i.e last year. Its been 14 months and counting..I did not get my mensus.. In my previous pregnancy I got my mensus after 9-10 months of my child birth. Should I consult gynecologist for this or should I wait some more time.
