Hi doc. I have PCOD. Have pigmented skin. Open pores. Complexion getting darker. No Glow on face at all. Facial hair. Heavy hairfall. Please suggest something very effective . Getting married in November.  It is impacting my personal relation with my fiance. Please help. Also got white acnes after body wax. Help please
