Hi, I am 26 year old and not able to grow beard. I can grow French beard but not able to grow complete beard. What vegetarian diet should I follow to grow full beard? What  should I do to grow complete beard? Any medicines with no side effects?? Thanks,

Hi. Get hormonal tests done after consulting an endocrinologist. If all the reports are normal then don't worry. It is very difficult to grow hair if you don't have roots. The amount of facial hair depends on ones own genetic nature. Still if you are bothered, consult a trichologist for the hair growth. There are some medicines available
