Please visit Hospital as soon as possible. He is probably having Happy Hypoxia if your oximeter readings are correct. He needs admission

Could be a case of silent hypoxia. Get the given investigation done asap. Chest xray, CRP, D Dimer, ESR, S LDH, S Ferritin, IL 6. Also is he diabetic or suffering from any other chronic illness?

Get a RTPCR, and consult a doctor as soon as possible and urgent treatment is required. Get a cbc, Crp and d dimer done and hrct is also advised.
