No bleeding in periods, only blood clots

I m having periods on regular basis till date. From last 2 months, i m able to see that i m having periods on dates but no bleeding. Only blood clots.  Moreover, i used to have heavy bleeding earlier. Tgere is a huge difference from last 2 times. What can be the reasons? Can Pregnancy be the reasons?

Are you married or sexually active .Do pregnancy test by urine test but I don't think you are pregnant . May be pcod or hypothyroidism problem get done ultrasonography and tsh level.
